Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → tap Subscriptions → tap FastWalk Diet → tap Cancel Subscription. Your Premium access stays active until the end of the current billing period.

I was charged but Premium isn't active

Open the app, go to the Profile tab, scroll to Go Premium, and tap Restore purchases. This will re-check your Apple receipt and unlock Premium. If that doesn't work, email us with the transaction date and we'll sort it out.

Apple Health isn't syncing

Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → FastWalk Diet, and make sure Steps, Walking + Running Distance, and Active Energy are allowed. Kill the app and reopen it to force a fresh sync.

How do I delete my data?

Open the Profile tab in the app and tap Reset profile. Uninstalling the app also removes all local data. To unlink your anonymous subscription identifier with RevenueCat, email us.

What counts as a step?

We use Apple Health's step count, which is measured by your iPhone's motion sensors and Apple Watch. FastWalk Diet does not calculate steps independently; it simply displays the number Apple provides.
