Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FastWalk Diet mobile application ("FastWalk Diet", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who can use the App
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. What the App does
FastWalk Diet helps you track daily steps, set walking and diet goals, and explore general wellness tips. The App reads step and movement data from Apple Health with your permission and stores your profile on your device.
3. Not medical advice
The App is provided for general wellness and informational purposes. Content shown in the App — including tips, calorie targets, BMI, and meal ideas — is not medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
4. Your account and data
FastWalk Diet does not require a user account. Your profile is stored locally on your device. Subscription data is managed by Apple and by RevenueCat on our behalf. You can reset your local profile at any time from the Profile tab.
5. Subscriptions and payments
FastWalk Diet offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and yearly) that unlock Premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple under their standard terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, or access the App for purposes other than its intended personal use.
7. Intellectual property
All content, features, trademarks, and logos in the App are owned by FastWalk Diet or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information displayed is accurate, complete, or up to date.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
