2. Description of Service

Destia is a manifestation and personal growth application that provides:

• Personalized manifestation scripts generated by AI
• Text-to-speech audio manifestations
• Personalized affirmations
• Gratitude journaling
• Daily streak tracking

3. User Accounts

Destia uses anonymous authentication. You are not required to provide an email address or create a traditional account. Your data is associated with an anonymous user ID generated on your device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Destia offers subscription plans (monthly, yearly, and lifetime) through Apple's App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

Destia uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's text-to-speech) to generate personalized content. Please note:

• AI-generated manifestations and affirmations are for motivational and entertainment purposes only.
• Content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using AI-generated manifestation content.
• Generated content may vary and is not guaranteed to be identical upon regeneration.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with the app's functionality or security
• Share your account access with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of Destia are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated content created for you is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Destia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Destia and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
